Sedih dan cemas itu normal #tuang2

 

Habis nonton video di  youtube, mau nulis ringkasannya disini hehe biar bisa dibaca-baca terus. Perasaan sedih, stress, cemas, gelisah pasti pernah dirasain sama semua orang, gamungkin ga. Gapapa karna kita tinggal di dunia, ga ada yang perfect sama sekali ga ada definisi sempurna di dunia.

Kata setan, sad dan anxiety itu datang karna kita ga beriman, itu salah besar. Padahal jelas-jelas itu semua completely normal, that's part of our life, perasaan-perasaan itu ada karna kita sedang diuji. Bahkan nabi Muhammad SAW juga merasakan hal itu, manusia yang keimanannya ga usah dipertanyakan lagi, juga merasakan sedih dan cemas. Always remember this "Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear..." (Quran, 2:286). 

Ada beberapa hal yang bisa kita lakuin buat ngelaluin kesedihan, stress, cemas, gelisah, etc.
Yang pertama, bernapas. We can definitely change our emotion with your breath and this is based on research. tarik napas 5 detik, tahan 5 detik dan buang 5 detik, ini semua dilakuin 5x. And it's free:)

Kedua, turning to Allah, doa, baca quran, make the connection with the healer.

Ketiga, Look for the good. Bersyukur. Each and every one of us is blessed in different ways. Setan yang selalu buat kita selalu fokus to what's   going wrong with our lifes and to completely forget about everything what's going right. Look what blessing in your life. Practicing gratitude can increase the dopamine! 
Ada kalimat yang bagus banget, "When you are going through a hard time, if you can't think something to be grateful for, be grateful for the fact that while you are going through this hard time, your sins are getting erased" bahkan disaat kita lagi merasa di bawah ngerasa ga ada yang bantu, ada kemudahan yang dikasih sama Allah dan always remember this "If you are grateful, I will surely increase you". Semua di dunia ini ujian, tapi Allah bener-bener kasih guideline buat di kehidupan ini.

Keempat, Smileeeee. ini based on research juga, even you force a smile, it can lead to a change in your mood, even just by faking a smile. Bahkan kalo mulut kita dipasang plastik yang bikin bentuk mulut kita senyum, it will change our mood. Makanya as a Moslem kita disuruh murah senyum, it will bring joy to ourself and others. Don't belittle any good deeds and don't belittle even if you were to meet your brother and sister with smiling face. Senyum itu gratis, kita bisa dapet pahala dengan perbuatan seringan itu.

Kelima, Spend time with your loved ones. Someone you loved touch can be effectively as an antidepressants. Hug your parents and friendsssssssss always {}

Remember, whatever you are going through right now, will soon pass.
